What to buy first: all-in-one bag, agar, or grain?

Agar and LC

Choose this if you want to learn sterile technique and see clean growth before you scale up.

Grain plus substrate

Choose this when you want more control and are ready to work with separate grain spawn and substrate.

Simple rule: first run, buy one bag. Learning sterile work, buy agar. More control, buy grain and substrate.
