Lawful Mycology Use Only

Gnosis Labz products are designed, manufactured, marketed, and sold solely for lawful mycology, microscopy, educational, research, laboratory, gardening, and permitted cultivation purposes.

Our products are not designed, intended, or sold for the cultivation, production, processing, extraction, possession, distribution, or manufacture of any illegal or controlled substance. Gnosis Labz does not condone, encourage, promote, or assist with the illegal use of fungi, spores, cultures, substrates, laboratory equipment, cultivation supplies, or any other product offered through our store.

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, importation, cultivation, transfer, or use of a particular product, fungal species, spore sample, culture, or biological material is lawful in their jurisdiction. Laws and regulations may vary by country, state, county, and municipality.

Gnosis Labz products must not be used to:

  • Cultivate or produce prohibited mushrooms, fungi, or controlled substances;

  • Manufacture, extract, process, or distribute illegal substances;

  • Possess or transfer biological materials prohibited by applicable law;

  • Circumvent licensing, permitting, agricultural, customs, quarantine, or biosecurity requirements;

  • Introduce fungal cultures, spores, or biological materials into an unauthorized environment; or

  • Engage in any illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Where applicable, products sold for microscopy, taxonomy, identification, or research purposes must be used only for those lawful purposes and must not be germinated or cultivated where doing so is prohibited.

Gnosis Labz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or report an order when we reasonably believe that a product may be used unlawfully, that a transaction presents a safety or compliance risk, or that fulfilling the order could violate applicable law.

By purchasing from Gnosis Labz, the customer represents that they are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and use the products ordered and agrees to use all products responsibly and lawfully.

Any illegal or unauthorized use of a Gnosis Labz product is strictly prohibited and is contrary to the product’s intended purpose.
